What are Glass Memory Lockets and Floating Charms?

Glass memory lockets open to allow floating charms to be added or replaced easily. The memory lockets have clear glass on both front and back allowing the contents to be visible. Most of our lockets open like a book and are held tightly shut with strong magnets. On occasion we sell memory lockets with a top that screws off and these can be special ordered upon request. Floating charms can be added or replaced quickly for any occasion. Chains are sold separately giving you the option to choose from our many chain options available, or even use with a favorite chain you already own. These lockets are perfect for anyone who likes jewelry. Even people who aren’t into jewelry like these lockets because of their versatility and uniqueness. They make thoughtful, personalized gifts for Brides, Bridesmaids, New Moms, Graduates, etc. and unique gifts for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holidays or any special day or celebration!

Are your Glass Memory Lockets and Floating Charms suitable for children?

Glass Memory Lockets are just as the name implies; made of glass and as such could break if dropped or handled carelessly. The Floating Charms are small and could pose a choking hazard, therefore they are not recommended for small children. Please keep this in mind if purchasing for children under the age of 10.

How do your lockets and chains compare to ones being sold at home parties or other websites?

We buy our jewelry directly from the manufacturer or make it ourselves. This allows us to know what our products are made out of and to sell at a reasonable cost. Most of our Memory Lockets and all of our chains are made with the highest quality, jewelry grade stainless steel and the lockets contain glass and Czech crystals. Jewelry grade stainless steel is durable and hypo-allergenic and is the jewelry industry’s metal of choice. Jewelry grade stainless steel will not rust, tarnish or discolor and is a great choice for anyone with metal allergies. The floating charms are made with a zinc alloy with an enamel overlay. We are a small family run business and we inspect each item we sell. We only sell products we wear ourselves. We will be happy to assist you with your charm selection and send you a photo of your locket with charms before purchasing so you know how it looks before purchasing.

We do offer wholesale pricing with minimum order requirements and also do consignment sales in our local area (La Crosse, Viroqua, and Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin). Please contact us for more information.

Where is Lahara Lockets located?

We are located in a small town in Southwest Wisconsin called Ferryville. We do not have a brick and mortar store but we can usually be found at various craft and vendor events in Wisconsin and surrounding states.

Do you do home parties or fund-raisers?

We would be happy to do a home or virtual party for you. Home parties can be scheduled on the weekend in the La Crosse, Viroqua, Prairie du Chien areas. We will also do fund-raisers for your organization. Contact us for details.

How do I order online?

Ordering online is easy and convenient. Place the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart by clicking “add to cart”. You can add or remove items at any time before you check out. When you are finished shopping, select the “proceed to checkout” feature to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping and billing information, submit your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can check out on our website through Paypal. Through Paypal, you can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery credit/debit cards and do not need to register or have an account to do so. For your convenience, we also accept payment via PayPal, checks and money orders. All orders paid by check or money order shall be processed and shipped once payment has been received.

Shipping

What are Lahara Lockets shipping methods and prices?

We use the United States Postal Service to ship all orders. We have very reasonable, flat rate shipping costs. We charge $1.99 for first class shipping for ANY size order. Typically your package will arrive between 3-6 business days after shipment via USPS. If you want your products sooner or want insurance coverage those options are offered to you for an additional charge at check out.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We strive to sell a quality product at a reasonable price and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products, but please let us know if you encounter any problems. You can return the products to us for a full refund or exchange if you contact us within 14 days of receipt of the the product for return instructions.

We understand there may be mishaps that occur when wearing your cherished locket daily, so we also offer a one year, 1/2 price replacement guarantee. Within the first year of purchase, we will gladly replace the product for 1/2 price! Contact us, send us the broken item with payment and we send a replacement. It’s that easy!

Custom products are not refundable nor are shipping fees.

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your personal information to any third party. All credit/debit card payment transactions are processed through Paypal’s website and are absolutely secure. No credit card information is ever entered or stored on Lahara Lockets.
